It’s evident that I can’t obtain my ideal physique if I continue to indulge in poor eating habits, no exercise and high alcohol consumption…… Well, in the meantime, how in the world should I manage my stressors in life if I can’t eat sit on the couch while eating junk food and drink wine while watching Law and Order????
Gosh, this is more difficult mentally than it is physically!!
Suggestions welcome, clearly I’m at a lost.
